We are committed to delivering high-quality furniture repair. This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled.

Service Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 4 hours before the scheduled service visit are free of charge. Late cancellations may incur a visit fee.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered if the completed service does not meet the agreed scope of work. Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of service completion.

Inspection Requirements

Before any refund is processed, our technician will re-inspect the furniture to evaluate the claim and attempt to rectify the issue under warranty.

Timeline for Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.

Exceptions

  • Custom upholstery jobs once fabric is cut are non-refundable
  • Damage caused by post-service misuse is not eligible
  • Parts already installed are non-returnable but covered under warranty
